Kanazawa people have a rich eating habit of crab.
This was something totally new for me.
Kani-miso (Crab innards puree)
Ryokan crushers brought nice white wine which goes well with “Kani shabu”.
That sounds yummy! I want to eat Kani-shab. I think that average kanazawa people can’t eat kani-shab. Maybe, I have had kani-shab for once. This experience was valuable for me. Where is this ryokan?
I don’t think Kanishabu is the best way to eat crabs. Do you want to join our Ryokan Crushers???
