十几年前金泽曾有过留学生和市民免费的交流场所, 那是北陆大学主办的,地点在市中心的近江町附近。
 每星期六下午那个交流场所总是非常热闹, 人们边喝茶边用不同语言交流各种信息, 互帮互学, 特别是对初到金泽的留学生，人生地不熟，在这里通过自由交谈，可以得到不少有用的信息，获得在这里生活的智慧，并能交到不少新朋友。
「华人协会」是以向石川县华人提供服务为宗旨的团体，「明天俱乐部」是以学习中文为中心团体, 这两个团体联合起来也想在金泽市的中心地带试办有上述作用的【中国语文化交流角】，为在石川县的华人，为想讲中文，了解中国文化的各国人士提供免费的交 流场所。
希望能得到大家支持，也希望大家积极参加。
主办：华人华侨协会，明天俱乐部
内容：自由交谈，互通信息，此外大家还可以打牌，下棋，互帮互学中文和日文，电脑也可带来看看，还有做室内体操，唱歌玩乐器等等。
 
时间：每月第二个星期日下午1：30-4：30
第一次时间定在2010年3月第二个周日（14日）下午1：30-4：30
第二次时间定在2010年4月第二个周日（11日）下午1：30-4：30
地点：原长町研修馆现为金沢市中央公民館長町館 
（位于金沢市長町２－２－４３）                              
馆内所借教室每次都不同，请进门后看右侧牌子上的指示，教室暂时是以「明天俱乐部」名义借的)
 
停车场每次一般只可以停3辆车,所以希望大家尽量利用公共交通。
 
#来人登记目前也由{明天俱乐部}初通中文的日本朋友担当。登记除了名字外，个人通讯地址,电话号码,邮件地址都可以不填。可以留言，例如:希望华人协会提供何种服务,组织何种活动，如何促进交流和睦的主意,想法等等
 
$茶水问题　　原来打算由值班人员提供茶杯供应热水，但考虑到值班人员都是来做义工的日本朋友，为尽量减少其负担，暂不提供这项服务。但在馆内近各楼梯口,都有烧水炉子，备有茶壶茶杯,可自己动手烧水,沏茶, 二楼楼梯附近有自动售饮料机可以利用。
 
&来馆者请注意文明礼貌遵守馆内使用规则。
