“Kani Shabu”

Kanazawa people have a rich eating habit of crab.
This was something totally new for me.

Kani-miso (Crab innards puree)

Ryokan crushers brought nice white wine which goes well with “Kani shabu”.

Ryokan Crushers

It is always almost 10pm for the Ryokan crushers to get together and move out.
Ryokan crushers are supposed to crush Ryokan and have a party with some leftovers from their dinner!

Daikon Zushi & farmented Saba – Yummy!

French lady – Funny!

Omicho Market

We went to omicho Market this morning together.

We were very impressed and excited with so many fresh fishes and vegetables.

Some of the wild spring vegetables are already on sale.

Japanese beef are more expensive than Aussie beef.

King crabs are still alive.
